We are so glad you are joining us for this special wedding!

Ballybeg House is an exclusive venue that we have hired for the full weekend (Friday to Sunday).

On-Site Accommodation

Ballybeg House and The Coach House have a very limited number of rooms. Because we have so many people flying in for the wedding we have prioritised those who do not know Ireland to stay on-site.

If you are staying on-site: You will receive a personal message from us confirming your room assignment and check-in details.

Check-in: Friday afternoon/evening, August 7th.

Check-out: Sunday morning, August 9th (after breakfast).

Room Payment Requirement for On-Site Guests

The venue requires that guests staying on-site reserve and pay for their rooms to secure exclusive access for our wedding weekend.

The room rate is fixed and will remain the same regardless of when you book.

We will organise the rooms in a way that you are close to who you know and love. Some of the younger people will be staying in these awesome pods and the other guests may be staying in Ballybeg house itself. We will make sure everyone is happy!

Recommended Local Accommodation

For all other guests, there are numerous charming and highly-rated options in the local towns of Tinahely, Gorey, and Arklow. We strongly encourage you to book as early as possible, as August is peak tourist season in Wicklow.

The following local options have come highly recommended by the team at Ballybeg House. They are only a short, straightforward taxi ride away from the venue. Please note that we cannot guarantee their availability, so booking early is essential!

Taxi Assurance: We have been assured that taxi services will be readily available throughout the evening on Saturday, so getting home after the reception will be no problem.

For our local guests

We are so thrilled to celebrate with our friends and family who live close by! Since the on-site rooms are reserved for our international and wedding party guests for the full weekend, please consider the following options:

Saturday Night Departure: If you are not staying in one of the locally recommended B&Bs or hotels, we kindly ask that you plan to travel home after the reception concludes on Saturday night.

Carpooling Support: We highly encourage all local guests to help coordinate lift-sharing and carpooling! Any support you can provide in helping other locals get home safely would be immensely appreciated.
